![]() Miguel who worked the outside bar area in the evening, a great guy to have a laugh with and always made sure we'd got everything we needed. Id like to mention personally Nico from the restaurant team, always seated us quickly and we were never without a drink in hand, always friendly. They all work so hard, from the bar, restaurant and server staff to the cleaning staff and the entertainment team, and everyone in between. The first thing Id like to mention is the staff, they are amazing, everything you've read about how good they are on the other reviews is 100% correct. I was with my husband, my parents and another couple. ![]() We've just got back from a 2 week all inclusive stay. Would be better not to allow all the sellers on the beach since they are very pushy and at one point disturbing. From November the sargasso is dissappearing so this is also good. Unfortunately the sand and the 'playa' in front of the hotel is being "eaten" away by the ocean but they all work very hard to rebuild it and to keep the palm trees. Everyone in Messico is used to tipping which is fine but we noticed that if you don't tip continuously (from morning till evening) everyone then the service you receive is not as good. The hotel managed this in a very smooth way and intervened immediately. This is why our room neighbours had a party in their room and were screaming and singing disturbing everyone during the night. Also the bar by the pool closes around 22.00 o'clock which is a pity because there is really nothing to do and nowhere to go. I recommend that you stay away from the Italian restaurant since it is SUPER bad and has nothing to do with Italian cuisine. I would not stress much about the dress code since they don't really care. We also found that all the ones not in the open are veryyy noisy which is not pleasant during dinner at a restaurant. Waiters throwing dirty plates and cutlery around causing big noise and confusion. So if you get there at 19.30 and they make you wait, be ready to have dinner in a restaurant that is being cleaned and basically prepared to be closed. It has 4 "a la carte restaurants" that you don't need to book in advance BUT they close at 21:00. It is a huge hotel that offers basically everything that you need. We spent 2 weeks here and we enjoyed most of the things there.
